Pausing To Look Back |
We have now stopped on the promenade in front of the Lanzarote Park Hotel [click for info] to take a rest and to look back over part of the journey we have completed. In the background is Montaña Roja, with the white buildings of the Timanfaya Palace Hotel [click for info] silhouetted against it. Then we passed Flamingo Beach to arrive here in front of this hotel. The owners of the Lanzarote Park Hotel have built enclosed areas on top of the rocky foreshore and filled them with sand to make pleasant sunbathing areas. |
